TOY SOLDIER

Handcrafted by Don Levine in 1963, the G. I. Joe prototype
figure became the world´s most expensive toy soldier
40 years later when it was sold in an auction for staggering
£137,000. Made on the author´s ping pong table, the
figure wears a hand-stitched sergeant’s uniform and an
apparently battle-weary expression.
STEFANO CANTURI BARBIE
PRICE: £207,000
To raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation,
Mattel tapped Australian jewellery designer Stefano Canturi
to create a special edition Barbie. After six months of hard work,
he came up with a doll wearing a diamond necklace worth
£205,000 alone. In 2010, the Barbie was purchased for £207,000.
KURATAS WEARABLE ROBOT SUIT

Designed by Japan-based Suidobashi Heavy Industry, the
gigantic robot suit known as Kuratas will enable you to
experience what it feels like to be a real life Transformer.
Weighing 5-tons and measuring 12.5ft (3.8m) tall,
the price tag for this tech is 1 million dollars.
GOLDEN MONOPOLY
PRICE: £1.3 MILLION
The world’s most expensive version of the Monopoly board game is
estimated to be worth roughly £1.3 million. The 18-karat gold and
jewel-encrusted Monopoly was crafted by San Francisco jeweller
Sidney Mobell in 1988. It took him one year to finish
this masterpiece.
STEIFF LOUIS VUITTON TEDDY BEAR
PRICE: £1.4 MILLION
Created by Steiff, a teddy bear designer, and Louis Vuitton, a
luxury French fashion house, the Steiff Louis Vuitton Teddy Bear
boasts the title of the most expensive teddy bear in the world.
Sold at an auction in Monaco in 2000, the toy was bought by
Jessie Kim from Korea for a hefty price of £1.4 million.
LAMBORGHINI AVENTADOR MODEL CAR
£3.1 MILLION
One of the most luxurious and desired sport cars, Lamborghini
Aventador costs around £2.7 million. As unbelievable as it
sounds, a German engineer named Robert Gulpen created a
model version called Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 that
was worth £3.2 million. Yes, the miniature version was more
than 10-times more expensive than the actual car. Why?
Because it was made of platinum, carbon fibre,
gold and diamonds.

Every kid loves playing in a tree house and usually, it only takes a
few boards and a skilful parent to build one. However, if you don’t
want to waste your time and if you have 6 million dollars lying
around somewhere, you can buy the Alnwick Garden Treehouse.
Made by Treehouse Co for the Duke and Duchess of Scotland,
the house extends over a massive 6,000 square feet
(560 sq. m) area.
ASTOLAT DOLLHOUSE CASTLE

The world’s most expensive dollhouse crafted over 13 years by
carpenters, goldsmiths, silversmiths, glassblowers and other
craftsmen is probably worth more than all the real houses in
your street combined. The price of this 29-room dollhouse was
estimated at a staggering £5.8 million dollars.
