ROBERT A. FERGUSON´S GHOST
This photo was taken on November 16, 1968 when Robert A.
Ferguson was giving a speech at a Spiritualist convention in
Los Angeles, California. Faintly appearing next to Ferguson is a
figure that he later identified as his brother, Walter,
who died in 1944 during the World War II.
This disturbing photo was taken in 2000 in Manilla, Philippines.
The girls were out one night and asked a passing stranger
to take picture of them using one of the girl´s cell phone camera
(hence the low-resolution picture). The result is shown here,
with a transparent figure seeming to tug on the girl’s
arm with a firm if friendly grip.
In 1987, Mrs. Sayer and her friends were visiting the
Fleet Air Arm Station at Yelverton, Somerset, when this photo
was taken. Mrs Sayer´s friends took this photo with her
sitting in the seat of a retired helicopter. When the picture
was taken, Mrs. Sayer was alone in the vehicle but upon
development of the photo, a bright figure sitting next
to her can be clearly seen.
BACHELOR´S GROVE GHOST
In 1991, several members of the Ghost Research Society
investigated the Bachelor´s Grove cemetery outside Chicago,
generally considered one of the most haunted places in
the US with over a hundred of reports of various
supernatural phenomena. One of the members took a
picture of the cemetery that was empty at that time but
when they looked at the photo, they saw a white ghostly
figure sitting on a tombstone.
CORROBOREE ROCK APPARITION
Taken by Reverend R.S. Blance at Corroboree Rock, at
Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia in 1959, this famous
photograph appears to show a transparent figure of a
woman holding her hands toward her face, peering out
into the distance.
WOLFE PUB GHOST
This white spirit appeared one night just after midnight at
the Wolfe Pub in Penrith, Cumbria, UK. In a bizarre 35 second
sequence filmed by the security camera, the ghost like ball
of light is seen descending through the ceiling. It then appears
to assume the likeness of a face before disappearing through
the ceiling. Locals say the building was once used as
a funeral parlour.
In 1975, Diane and Peter Berthelot visited the Worstead Church
in north Norfolk. While in the church, Peter took a photo of his
wife sitting and praying on one of the church benches but
when they developed the film, they found out there was a
bizarre ghostly figure sitting right behind Diane. When they
got back to the church, a local vicar told them it was the
White Lady, the ghost of a healer who was believed to
haunt the church.
OAK GROVE GHOST
The ghost roaming the bridge in Oak Grove, Kentucky, is
alleged to be of an unfortunate wife who was thrown off the
bridge into the water and killed by her soldier husband in the
1960’s. One story also mentions that on a certain night,
her decomposing body can be seen walking the area under
the bridge or on top of the bridge.
