DIRTY BIZZO

To prepare this cocktail, we need coconut Rum, peach Schnapps,

Tuaca and cranberry juice. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail

shaker with ice, strain into a chilled glass.

CUBA LIBRE

Often referred to as Rum and Coke, this highball is one of the most

popular mixed drinks in the world. The recipe is very simple – just pour

cola and rum into a highball glass filled with ice, and garnish with

a lime wedge or slice. Lime juice addition is optional.

BLOODY MARY

Bloody Mary is a popular cocktail containing vodka, tomato juice

and usually other spices or flavourings. It has been called

“the world’s most complex cocktail“. Here is one of the most popular

version of this beverage. Add dashes of salt and pepper, Tabasco

and Worcestershire to a highball glass, then add tomato juice,

lemon juice and vodka. Stir gently. Garnish with a celery stalk

and a lemon wedge.

MARTINI

Made from gin and vermouth, Martini has become one of the best-known

mixed alcoholic beverages. The traditional method of preparation is to

pour gin and dry vermouth into a mixing glass with ice cubes, stir,

strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a green olive

or a twist of lemon peel.

MOJITO

Originating in Cuba, Mojito traditionally consists of five ingredients:

white rum, sugar syrup, lime juice, sparkling water, and mint.

Gently muddle the lime juice, mint leaves and sugar syrup together

at the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass with ice, then slowly add the rum.

Fill with soda and stir gently to bring the leaves upwards into the mixture.

Optionally add lime wedges and mint leaves as a garnish.

SCREAMING ORGASM

There are many versions of Orgasm cocktails. One of the most popular

is the Screaming Orgasm. Pour high quality vodka, Bailey’s and

Kahlua into a shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into a glass,

garnish with cherries and serve.

STRAWBERRY DIAQUIRI

Strawberry Diaquiri is one of the most popular alcoholic dessert drinks.

It is made from Rum, strawberry schnapps, lime juice, strawberries

and powder sugar. Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with

ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh

strawberries and serve.

GRASSHOPPER

Grasshopper is a sweet, mint-flavoured, after-dinner drink.

A typical grasshopper cocktail consists of equal parts green

Crème de menthe, white Crème de cacao and fresh cream,

shaken with ice and strained into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with peppermint leaves and serve.
