Gambler's fallacy

This is the idea that if something happens a lot (you flip heads

50 times in a row), then the other option is more likely to

happen (you will start flipping tails more). This superstitious

belief comes from the idea that the universe must balance

out somehow. It’s caused a lot pain to people’s wallets.
