DO SOMETHING NEW

Do something new

It doesn’t necessarily have to be something huge. Even taking

a different route home will change things up a little bit.

 

 

GET UP

Get up

Do something physical. Go to the gym or just go for a jog. 

Whatever you do though, do it for your own body. Don’t do

it because of pressure to lose weight or to look how

society wants you to look. Do it because you want to

challenge yourself and push yourself beyond your limits.

 

 

CONSIDER THE PROBLEMS OF OTHERS

Consider the problems of others

This will get your mind off your own issues, combat your

self-interest, and put things into perspective.

 

 

BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN

Believe that you can

This is the first step to anything. It may sound a cliche

but if you don’t think you can, you won’t.

 

 

SMILE

Smile

Even if things are going terribly, force yourself to smile for

30 seconds. It won’t take away your problems but psychology

tells us that just the act of smiling can shift your mood.

 

 

BE OPEN WITH SOMEONE

Be open with someone

Don’t internalize things. Find someone you trust and be open

with them. You don’t need them to solve your problems but

getting an issue off of your chest is the first step to

feeling a lot better.

 

 

GO EASY

Go easy

You don’t have to do everything that everybody asks of you.

You can’t. It’s ok to say no to things.

 

 

THANK SOMEBODY

Thank somebody

Gratitude should be a daily routine. Even just a thank you

to the post man will change your outlook.

 

 

EAT HEALTHY

Eat healthy

Drink water, eat fruit, do things that are good for your body.

It will make you feel a lot better.
