Please be advised that we are planning to make changes to the encryption methods available on our IMAP, POP3 and SMTP services.
To be able to support more modern email clients and to help with security, the use of TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 will be discontinued from Monday 1st November 2021. Any customers affected should check their accounts connection settings and ensure their email client software is up to date.
We typically do not provide support to reconfigure your email software as you probably have access to your own IT services, however, if you feel this is something you do need then please note that we bill for the time we spend with you at our usual hourly rate.

1) DNS autoconfigure for the email settings above will be rolled out in due course.
2) Port 25 & 26 to be disabled for authenticated SMTP users after New Year.
3) Completion of DNS records updates to remove mail.* domains, enforcing the use of the above details.
