Out Of Office Support:
In the event you require out of hours support, which is not very common and usually rare, we will also be introducing an additional cost on top of our hourly rate for out of hours support. This will be an additional £15+VAT per hour on top of the normal hourly rate. The reason we are implementing this is due to our new staff bonus scheme incentive, which will help increase the chances of being able to support any of your issues out of hours as quickly as possible. Having someone on call doesn't work as you need the right member of staff who knows the project and hence why we have decided to do it this way.
Out of hours support will only be given for critical issues. An example of a critical issue would be a website down, or orders not being able to be placed through the website. Any minor issues such as content changes etc will have to wait until normal office hours Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) 9am - 5pm.
Our out of hours support policy will remain the same, we will ensure to do our best to get a member of the team to look into any critical issues as soon as possible, however, we cannot make any guarantees for resolving any issues out of hours, but with the extra pay there is much more chance of being able to get things up and running quickly.
